The club was formed in March 1887 although golf had been played on the Irvine Moor for many
years before that, golf also being popular in many (most) other towns in Scotland.
The course was modified in 1912 and again in 1926 but hasn't changed much since.
Visitors are welcome and tee times can be booked online.
