The clubhouse is the building with the red roof on the right, at the end of the row of houses.
Part of the course is along the shore (links, 8 holes) and the rest (parkland, 10 holes) is inland on both sides of the Water of Girvan.
The course was designed by James Braid and although not the longest it's said to offer a fair test of skill.
