This is located less than a mile west of St Monans in Fife on the Fife Coastal Path.

This looking north (inland). That's the Bowhouse nearby on the coast road (A917).

The castle alone.

Like many ruins this one has areas fenced off for safety but we edited out the barriers to give you a clearer view.

The doocot (pigeon loft) was to supply fresh meat and eggs during the winter months.

This castle is, like many others, slowly falling apart.
