This is located less than a mile west of St Monans in Fife on the Fife Coastal Path.
That's the Bowhouse nearby on the coast road (A917).
Like many ruins this one has areas fenced off for safety but has been edited to remove the barriers to give you a clearer view. This castle is, like many others, slowly falling apart.
The doocot (pigeon loft) was to supply fresh meat and eggs during the winter months.
One photo is lower down to show the proximity of St Monans Church and village.
