From the south with the ferry about to leave for Lismore.

As you can see there's plenty of parking, decent hotel and a well-stocked shop a few hundred yards north of this photo.

Port Appin is on Loch Linnhe about two miles south of Castle Stalker.

From the north, on the far left is Loch Creran and in the far distance is Ardmucknish Bay at the mouth of Loch Etive with Dunstaffnage nearby.

The car park and toilets are free to use.
