Battery Park, Greenock, Inverclyde

The Battery Park is on the shore at Greenock and is said to be named
after the aerial gunnery post protecting the nearby docks and shipyards
that were in this area during the second world war.

From offshore, looking south.

This pitch has an all-weather surface. The rest are plain grass.

Looking over the Clyde towards Kilcreggan on the Rosneath peninsula with
Loch Long and Strone point in the distance.

Higher up and again looking south.
